Heins, a native of Lyford, Texas was a 1974 graduate of the University
of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas, Dr. Heins completed
his internship and residency at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth,
Texas. He began his practice with San Benito Medical Associates,
Inc. in 1974. He is board certified by the American Board of Family
